Swedish Festival Coloring Contest

The Stromsburg Swedish Midsommar Festival Committee will be sponsoring a coloring contest from May 1 to May 31, 2023. We are encouraging all children from ages 3 to 12 to participate in the contest! There is one entry form for the following age groups: 3-5, 6-8 and 9-12.

Stromsburg EMS Bike Rodeo

The Stromsburg EMS is having a bike rodeo on Saturday, May 6 from 9-11 a.m. at the fire barn. There will be bike and helmet inspection, food and drawings for prizes. Prizes will include four bikes! This event is free and all bike riders are welcome (no age restrictions).

Plans for the Stromsburg Swedish Midsommar Festival are close to complete. Be watching for our ad in the May/June issue of Nebraska Life magazine. There will be posters and yellow booklets available later this month. The evening entertainment is finalized.
