LINES ON THE PAGEI went back to my Spanish- speaking church last Sunday.Wait! I speak English. Why go to a Spanish-speaking church?That’s exactly what I asked the Lord some fifteen or sixteen years ago when He pointed me that direction one Sunday morning.

Fritz-Hock Arrested in Accident Which Took the Life of Sundberg

The Lincoln Police Department (LPD) has made an arrest in a fatal crash that occurred in May 2026.On Monday,August 10, 60-yearold Joy Fritz-Hock of Harvard, NE turned herself into LPD where she was cited and released for Misdemeanor Motor Vehicle Homicide.

STROMSBURG-An incident at Stromsburg pool was mishandled by dispatch, and local emergency responders were never notified.On July 21, 2026 at approximately 3:10 p.m., the Columbus-Platte County Joint Communications Center received a 911 call reporting an emergency at a swimming pool.
