HIGHLIGHTS of the Earliest HEADLIGHT In celebration of Stromsburg’s 150th year, I hope to bring you a monthly article of a historical nature. For this one, I combed through the pages of the earliest papers accessible. The first Headlight digitized was for October 1st, 1885. It was 4 pages long!

A benefit for Andrea’s Family Diner was held on Saturday, April 16 at the Osceola Tavern. Proceeds from the event will go to help with costs not covered by insurance. Andrea’s Diner caught fire on March 14 with extensive damage to the building and contents.
