    Each year, the Polk County News likes to honor those who have served in education and are retiring. This year we have four: Cross County’s music teacher Laureen Powell, High Plains’ art teacher Keith Killion, Osceola social studies’ teacher Phil Doerr and Osceola administrative assistant Julie Rinehart.
