SHELBY - On April 16, 2024, Officer Norseen arrived at an apartment in Shelby to sounds of yelling. Alexis Hahn was screaming that someone put a chemical on her face. The officer observed her left eye was bruised, and she was unable to open either eye. He ushered her to the sink to flush it, but she continued to yell that he was not helping her.
