The Backpack Program
by Sue VanHousen The Backpack Program provides a weekly bag of groceries to families who qualify to receive “free” food. Our area serves Clarks, Polk, Osceola, Cross County and Shelby-Rising City. This program is NOT government funded. It is totally based on donations! This includes organizations, service groups, churches, businesses and individual contributions.
