STROMSBURG - It’s not about the stats said Sydney Hengelfelt as she led her team to victory and a district final on Saturday. Cross County pulled out the win in 4 sets: 25-7, 23-25, 26-24 and 25-18.
Hengelfelt led with 29 kills, and teammate Ava Pruter followed with 19. Coach Finkral noted that 80-90% of the kills go through these two, but the other girls are doing their job and being team-minded. …
