    Northeast Nebraska Telephone Company has broken ground in Polk County this last week. Construction is 50% done in the area, according to NNTC marketing manager Melissa Lanzourakis. Construction should finish in mid-January, weather permitting. She said after that they will connect to their network and test. They will be looking for customers to volunteer for testing.
