STROMSBURG - Winter arrived last week with over two inches of snow. Roads were not good on Saturday, Nov. 29th.
Some highways are marked “Caution. Surface not salted.” Why is this so? Why do certain types of streets/highways not get salted? How long? What do they do instead?
