Stefanie has worked at RFKC Grand Island/ York for 20 years. We are a camp for abused and neglected kids between 6-11 who are in and out of the foster care system. I say in and out because one year they will be in a foster home, and the next with a bio parent, and the next back in a foster home, the next they have been in 3 homes and are currently with a family member.
