Valentine’s Day in Polk County

Dana Berggren of Frocks and Flowers is standing by some of the Valentine’s flowers to be delivered and picked up by customers. She thought Valentine’s Day on a Monday would be more hectic, but people seemed to use the weekend to place orders. She also said prices have rose dramatically, but the only flower she can’t get is white carnations.
