Two Girls Selected for Girls’ State

The Shelby American Legion Auxiliary is proud to announce Alexa Carter as their delegate to Nebraska Girl’s State June 5-11, 2022.

Alexa is a Junior at Shelby – Rising City Public School. She is the daughter of Brad and Carrie Carter of Rising City. She has four younger siblings, Rylie, Jaxson, Reese and Chase.
