Mark your calendar for Stromsburg on Labor day weekend, September 3rd and 4th as we celebrate the 150th anniversary of Stromsburg’s founding. The actual date for Stromsburg’s founding is not recorded, but some time in 1872. Lewis Headstrom is named as the founder of Stromsburg. Stromsburg was incorporated on August 27, 1883.
