Last summer, my team and I launched our internship program in Nebraska and Washington. Over the past year, we’ve welcomed 23 young professionals into our offices. The experience gives future leaders from across our state an opportunity to serve their fellow Nebraskans.

Nebraskans are used to dealing with our fickle weather, something entirely out of our control. We can have stretches of beautiful weather, especially in the spring and fall. We can also have perfect weather days in the midst of our often brutal summers and winters.
