Sertoma 8-Man All Star Game Features 4 Local Players
The summer Polk County Slammers won districts by winning four games over the weekend and qualify for state! They won Class C District 5 for 18 and under. Currently they are 12-3 and play at Twin River on Tuesday the 18th, followed by a home game on Wednesday the 19th. State will be in Hastings at the softball complex on July 5-7. Photo provided.

Osceola’s Kale Gustafson finished with 25 points and 12 rebounds on Friday in the Tom Dinsdale Automotive x Striv All-Star Classic at Grand Island Central Catholic. Gustafson Plays at All-Star Game
Addie Theis and Ella Lemburg of Osceola track were selected to compete at Nebraska Wesleyan’s Midwest Night of Stars. This is a qualifying meet where the best from ALL classes compete on the same night in Lincoln. Theis participated in triple jump and 100 hurdles with Lemburg in the 400-meter run.
