Dancing with the Community Stars hits Osceola

Kindergarten Round-Up, Preschool Registration

On Friday, April 14, Jeffrey Elementary in Osceola will have its Kindergarten round up starting at 9 a.m. Any student that will be starting Kindergarten in the 2023 - 2024 school year are welcome and should attend.

National Public Health Week

National Public Health Week is April 3-9. This year’s theme is “Centering and Celebrating Cultures in Health.” This theme highlights that culture shapes our health. This can look different for everyone. The community we are born into affects how we deal with health.

Bringing History to Life

OSCEOLA — History came alive on Thursday and it only cost a quarter. Thursday’s wax museum was the culmination of weeks of preparations and the fifth grade class debuted their characters to the public.

OSCEOLA — Authors Tim and Lisa Trudell from Omaha came to Gathering Grounds in Osceola to promote and sell their new book “100 Things to do in Nebraska Before You Die”. In this book there is a Food and Drink section, where Gathering Grounds is the first entry.
