Southeast Nebraska State Parks Make Many Improvements

Visitors to state park areas in southeast Nebraska will find enhanced day-use and camping amenities. Projects completed in 2022 or to be finished in 2023 will appeal to an array of park users.

Free Yoga Class for Beginners coming to Osceola March 24

The Polk County Health Dept, Four Corners Health Dept., and Polk County Senior Services are hosting a Free Yoga Class For Beginners. The class is March 24 at 1 p.m. St Vincent Catholic Hall, Osceola. This is an opportunity to learn about Yoga, or get reacquainted with Yoga.

Cheering the Bulldogs Basketball Team on to V-I-C-T-O-R-Y

The Dazzlers lead the crowd of Bulldog fans in a cheer during the community pep rally on Sunday at the Osceola City Auditorium. The boys basketball team competes for the Class D-2 State Championship this week in Lincoln.

The 15th Annual Annie Jeffrey Memorial County Health Center Spring Health Fair was held on Tuesday, March 7th at Annie Jeffrey Memorial County Health Center.

Kindergarten Round-Up and Preschool Registration

On Friday, April 14th, Jeffrey Elementary in Osceola will have its Kindergarten round up starting at 9:00 am. Any student that will be starting Kindergarten in the 2023 - 2024 school year are welcome and should attend.

Clinics to monitor blood pressure will also be held at the Polk County Health Department in Osceola, every 1st and 3rd Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. No appointment is necessary. Walk-ins are welcome any day during office hours.
