HEBRON — It was a tough night at the office for the Huskies. Shelby-Rising City (5-4) saw its season come to an abrupt end on Thursday in the opening round of the playoffs as Thayer Central (8-1) shutout the Huskies 44-0. The offense never got going on Thursday.

YORK — It was back and forth all night. Class C-2 No. 7 Cross County (26-4) defeated Class D-1 No. 5 Bruning-Davenport/Shickley (23-5) on Tuesday night to claim the Crossroads Conference title at the York City Auditorium. It all came down to the fifth set.
