BLUE RIVER DOMINATES IN 3-0 WEEK

DAVID CITY- A busy week of softball for the Blue River Panthers opened on Monday night when the Fillmore Central Panthers were in town for a seven- inning contest in a battle of the Panthers and on Tuesday the Blue River girls took the show to Wilber-Clatonia to battle the Wolverines.

ALBION-The Shelby-RC Girls Golf team has not had many fall weekends open as they traveled to Albion for the Boone Central Invite this past Saturday, their second straight Saturday on the links and the third weekend tournament since the season opened.

Huskies cap busy week with 2-1 record

SHELBY – The Lady Huskies played three games last week, with two wins and one loss.Height was a factor as Malcolm defeated the Huskies Monday in three sets, 25-14, 25-16 and 25-17. The home team, Clippers have three girls 5’10 or taller, and the Huskies are 5’8 and under.
