    STROMSBURG – Cougar starter Ella Clark sat out for this game due to injury, but the Cougars still managed a win against the Bulldogs 41-36.

    The first quarter was close. Bella Recker had all eight points for the Bulldogs, with the Cougars spreading it out among Kelsey Brehm (a trey), Edie Peterson (two baskets) and Adrienne Waller (a basket). It was 9-8.
