    DAVID CITY – Ella Clark was back after injury and helped propel the Lady Cougars to a 10-point win against David City, 50-40.

    The whole game wasn’t a guaranteed Cougar win, as the Scouts did almost catch up.

    The first quarter was mostly the Cougars with Edie Peterson hitting a trey and three baskets to lead with 9 of their 17 points. Kelsey Brehm also hit a trey, along with freshman Chloe Johnston. …
