Wruble reaches 500 career kill milestone against Mustangs

POLK — High Plains picked up a pair of wins on Tuesday, beating Class D-1 No. 7 Meridian and Hampton.
The Storm topped the Mustangs, 25-17, 25-23.
Hailey Lindburg and Kenzie Wruble each finished with 10 kills in the match. Lindburg and Emily Ackerson each had 17 digs for the Storm.
The Storm also defeated the Hawks in a close match, 25-20, 25-22.
Wruble had 11 kills and eight digs for the Storm. …
