STROMSBURG - The Goldenrod all-stars were stacked with 16 seniors, while the Crossroads Conference had to recruit a few extras with only six seniors available to play.
Each team won two sets at Cross County with Goldenrod winning sets one and three by scores of 27-25 and 25-23. Crossroads took sets two and four 25-15 and 25-8. It all came down to the fifth one.
