YORK – Sydney Hengelfelt led with 27 kills, and Cross County avenged a loss to Shelby-Rising City earlier in the season by edging the Huskies 25-20, 2325, 28-26, 25-18 to win the CRC tourney title game at the York Auditorium Tuesday night.

POLK - High Plains celebrated breast cancer awareness with pink out at their triangular on Thursday against Lawrence-Nelson and BDS.High Plains went 1-1 on the night, winning against Lawrence-Nelson in two sets, 25-16 and 25-21. The last game of the night went to BDS 25-19, 24-26 and 25-18.

CLARKS – The Storm has 17 players on their roster. One has been out all season due to injury. Others have injuries leaving 11 to play on Friday night. By halftime, that was down to 10. The Storm lost to Deshler 67-0.This was the last game for seniors Chase Owens, Brodey Spurling and Carter Urkoski.

STROMSBURG- The Cross County Cougars continue to set new 11-man records on the gridiron, but on the field Friday night suffered their sixth consecutive loss after starting the season 2-0 as the Ord Chanticleers ran wild in a 78-20 win.
