Cougars sweep Titans, Longhorns GENOA — The Cougars picked up a pair of wins from Crossroads Conference opponents on Thursday.Cross County defeated Dorchester, 25-23, 25-15, and Twin River, 25-14, 25-20. Twin River defeated Dorchester, 25-14, 25-17, in the night’s other matchup.
The Cross County senior football players picked a staff member to wear their white jersey who has made an impact on them during their time at school. STROMSBURG - Tuesday night was pink out night, and before the varsity Cougars hit the floor, they recognized someone they knew who had fought cancer. Later baskets were raffled off and donations given to Annie Jeffrey Health Center for cancer.

HASTINGS - Tuesday and Thursday Cross County volleyball took part in a round robin tournament at Hastings St. Cecelia. They went 3-2, beating H & H (Hampton/Heartland) on Tuesday, Superior and Wood River on Thursday. They lost to St. Cecelia and Tri-County.
