DAVID CITY - Shelby-Rising City placed fourth as a team at the Aquinas invite.FRIEND - Shelby-Rising City shot 412 as a team, coming in ninth out of twelve teams. Layne Donner did the best, shooting a 97. Collin Vrbka came in next with 104, Noah Thelen 105, Jaxon Carter 106 and Dalton Pokorney 132.

HEBRON – With a bevy of athletes gone for a FFAstate event, Cross County’s track and field program was a bit shorthanded last Thursday in a meet held at Thayer Central, but some Cougars made the most of their opportunities and two won individual titles.

OSCEOLA- Many athletes were gone for state FFA convention, but track went on as scheduled in Osceola.The Osceola girls came in first with 127 points, followed by Archangels Catholic with 106, Nebraska Lutheran at 83 and Shelby-Rising City with 77.

Husky Golf Starts With a Win

GRAND ISLAND - On Monday, March 31st, the Huskies got their first chance to compete in golf at Indianhead against High Plains and Heartland Lutheran. They placed first as a team. Layne Donner placed third and Collin Vrbka tied for fourth.

GENOA — Twin River improved to 3-1 on the year thanks to an 11-3 win over Centennial last Tuesday.The Class C No. 9 Titans hammered out 12 hits. They jumped out to a 5-0 lead after one inning.Paydon Rinkol went 3-for-4 with 2 doubles and 3 RBI.
