Golfers Take on Hidden Hills in CRC Tournament

GENEVA- Hidden Hills Golf Course in Geneva hosted the 2026 Crossroads Conference Golf Tournament last Tuesday.Five teams competed in the event hosted by BDS High School.

COLE REDDEN Cross County’s Cole Redden earned his way to compete at the Nebraska State Track and Field Championships at the C-6 District at Boone Central. Redden was clocked at 41.95 and took third place in the 300 meter hurdles to earn his ticket to Omaha.

Osceola Girls Runner-Up at D-2 Track and Field District

OSCEOLA- The Osceola Bulldogs and the Nebraska Lutheran Knights girls track and field teams combined to score more points than the rest of the 10 team field at the D-2 District Track Meet in Osceola on Wednesday.Lutheran came away as the team champion as they rolled up 146.

SHELBY – Ridley Cromer hit a walk-off RBI single to bring home Zayed Walker as the Rebels 14-and-under baseball team edged visiting Seward 7-6 last Wednesday to move to 2-0 overall.

Shelby-RC’s Watts, Vrbka and Wetjen All Punch Tickets to Omaha

LOUISVILLE- The team titles at the C-2 District Meet on Thursday were swept by the Bishop Neumann girls and boys teams.

Cougars Invite Caps Regular Season Action

STROMSBURG- It was the final tune-up for all the girls teams in action at the Cross County Invite on Thursday.The Class D Districts will take place on Wednesday, May 13 and the Class C Districts will be held the following day to determine the Nebraska State Championship field in those classes.
