From Kenya to Stromsburg

Some of the best journeys take an unexpected route and along the way people find beauty, reminders of home and connections with new people. Such is the journey of art printed on fabric depicting scenes from the life of Jesus through the eyes of an artist from Kenya.

A Note of Gratitude

It has been my great privilege to serve as pastor in the towns of Stromsburg and Polk over the past two years. Today, I want to share with you that I will be concluding my appointment at the end of June and will begin serving Cairo and Boelus Grace United Methodist Churches starting July 1.

Commissioners approve duck and goose zone units for 2026-27

The Nebraska Game and Parks Commission approved modified Duck Zones and Goose Units for submission to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service at its June 13 meeting in Sidney.Changes to the zones and units would not become effective until the 2026-27 waterfowl season.
