Heritage Bank has an employee giving program “Heritage Cares”. Employees have the opportunity to give $10 to participate in “Jeans Fridays”. At the end of the month they draw a nonprofit organization to donate the funds. This month’s donation of $622.50 went to the Stromsburg Giving Tree. Another planning meeting for the Stromsburg Swedish Midsommar Festival will be held at the Stromsburg Public Library on Thursday, March 26 at 7 PM.Committee heads are encouraged to attend at least one meeting. All who are interested in helping either before, during or after the festival is welcome.
