STROMSBURG — Charles and Neeli Noyd have been helping people budget and get out of debt for 12 years off and on. Many years ago Charles and Neeli went to a Dave Ramsey seminar. They knew this was a way they could get out of debt and live financially free.

It must be getting close to spring. While watching a couple of squirrels scampering around a tree, there in the empty lot was a beautiful robin sitting soaking in the warmth of the morning sun. What an uplifting sight. God blesses us in so many little ways!

Registration open for Dam Race

Registration is open for Crofton’s Dam Race 2023, which will be July 29 at Lewis and Clark State Recreation Area. Choose your adventure between three events: a triathlon, half-marathon, or 12-mile bike race.

Library Gifted 100 New Books

The Shelby Community Library just received a gift of 100 new children’s books, ranging from pre-kindergarten through early readers.

Sign-up for Preschool in Shelby in March

Shelby-Rising City preschool registration begins March 1. Requirements include: Official state certified birth certificate, immunization records, be 3-years-old by Aug. 1 for the morning class and be 4-years-old by Aug. 1 for the afternoon class.
