    E. David Watts, 69, of Lincoln passed away unexpectedly on Friday, October 10, 2025 in Vieques, Puerto Rico.

    Dave grew up Osceola and graduated from Osceola High School in 1974.

    Memorial services will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, October 23, 2025 in the Polk County Fairgrounds Ag Hall in Osceola with Pastor Soonil Park officiating. The family will greet friends from 6 to 8 PM on Wednesday, October 22, 2025 in the Ag Hall.
