Polk County Teams Travel to Speech Events

Osceola went to Schuyler and competed against 22 other teams from class B to D1. The Bulldogs held their own with Oral Interpretation of Drama placing first (out of 14). The OID team includes Creighton Sterup, Matt DeMers, Joe Meyesenburg, Bransen Lavaley and Hayden Lavaley.

Justin Sunday, Polk County RPPD’s engineering and safety/ compliance manager, has completed an intensive program in electric utility safety and loss control.

Grace Notes: Growing and Growing in Christ

As I prepared to exit my local beauty shop recently, the inside doorframe caught my attention. Various colored tick marks and patches of tape with names on them bordered either side of the door. Some marks had been made with a blue ink pen, others with a black marker, and a few with crayon.

Our darling Toy Poodle has a favorite treat that I am very pleased to provide, given it also promotes dental hygiene. She grasps this chew stick horizontally, usually then standing to walk a little, apparently while deciding where best to enjoy it.

Cheering For a Bulldog Win

The Osceola student section cheers on the Bulldogs during the Crossroads Conference Tournament last week in York. The Osceola cheerleaders kept the fans cheering during both boys and girls games.
