ALBION- The last time the Cross County offense has crossed the goal line was in the third quarter of their week three loss at Superior.Since then they have gone nine scoreless quarters, including Friday night’s 36-0 D2-4 loss at Boone Central in Albion.

FULLERTON — It’s the kind of game you tell your grandkids about.Brycen Kula had a career game on Friday as Osceola (2-2) ran over Fullerton, 46-14. He had touchdown runs from 56, 25, 25, 20, 13 and 6 yards on Friday.Kula finished with 327 yards on 27 carries.

STORM RACKS UP 68 POINTS IN WIN OVER KNIGHTS

CLARKS-The High Plains Storm put their second win in the books early Friday night scoring three times over the opening 14 1/2 minutes on their way to the 68-6 win over Nebraska Lutheran Friday night.The Storm would end up with 391 yards to 157 yards for the Knights who fell to 0-4 on the year.

DAVID CITY- A busy week of softball for the Blue River Panthers opened on Monday night when the Fillmore Central Panthers were in town for a seven- inning contest in a battle of the Panthers and on Tuesday the Blue River girls took the show to Wilber-Clatonia to battle the Wolverines.

ALBION-The Shelby-RC Girls Golf team has not had many fall weekends open as they traveled to Albion for the Boone Central Invite this past Saturday, their second straight Saturday on the links and the third weekend tournament since the season opened.
