Polk, NE resident, Lynn Hofmann, 56, passed away Thursday, November 6, 2025, at the Merrick Medical Center in Central City, NE.
Memorial services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at the Federated Church in Sutton, NE, with Pastor Evan Christensen officiating. Graveside services will follow at the Sutton Cemetery in Sutton, NE. A book signing will be held on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., with the family present from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., at Sutton Memorial Chapel in Sutton, NE.
